Kuala Lumpur Chaos 21 June 2008

Kuala Lumpur was one of the world’s most modern cities in the mid nineties. Since then the place turned into a bit of a mess! Most of the towering buildings are in need of a good lick of paint and giant city’s many cracked pavements could do with a good weeding. The place is a chaotic mix of all that is bad about eastern and western cultures with unplanned ghettos and hi-rise malls littering the city centre. KL’s rebellious street artists have been quick to pick up on this and are beginning to coat the neglected streets with striking stencilling and vibrant graff.
