Check out this gem from the vaults of Irish graffiti featuring members of the TDA crew, The Dark Angels, in 1997. The graffiti report from @last TV directed by scanarama’s donal scannell includes an old processing factory in Drogheda and gives an insight into the earlier days of Irish graf writers. Respect!

Maser – Irish Diaspora

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Maser has just returned from painting in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He tells us ‘I was given the opportunity to travel to America. After reading the book ‘The Famine Diary” I was inspired to communicate a message of hope and appreciation to the Irish abroad.’ Photos by Eoin Murphy.

Canvaz – The Alice Series

Canvaz shared chapter one of ‘Alice, lost in a new Wonderland’ with IrishStreetArt.com this week. The concept collection stencilled throughout Dublin portrays a disillusioned Alice, “I wanted to build a series of pieces based on Alice in Wonderland and how quickly things go down hill”.
