Knitta PleaseKnitting, the latest strand of the guerilla art movement to hit the streets of Ireland, has to be one of the least provoking. That being said, nobody can argue with how it merrits in originallity and creativity.

Since some of the trendier locations in our cities have been subject to this ‘thread’ of graffiti bombing we’ve been asked whats it all about.

From tree tagging to phone box bombing, we think the videos below are a nice introduction to the application of these vibrant installations. Alternatively you can visit Knitta Please, the world’s first Kntting crew!!! Started in 2005 by two women tagging the Houston metropolitan area, Knitta has grown to eleven members. Up to a dozen groups internationally have followed their lead.
