Below is a collection of NYC’s legendary, Stephen Powers’ (aka ESPO) work in Dublin. The street artist received a Fulbright scholarship, a public art project, to paint Ireland. ESPO, the Exterior Surface Painting Outreach is a not-for-props volunteer organisation dedicated to making the world a different place!
